I love food in all forms! From farm to fancy and everything in between. Having lived in various cities throughout the US and driving cross country twice along with travel to various foreign destinations I have been fortunate to sample lots of local food. From the street car vendors, the food counters at ethnic markets, farm roadside stands, stalls on the beach and other fun and flavorful places along the way. This has inspired my cooking and teaching style. The idea of simple humble food with cultural ties that sustains the soul is what inspires me daily. I bring that passion to the table and am always happy to share and involve others.
